About Me
Hello!
I am a Nutritionist from Queens, New York specializing in plant-based nutrition, weight loss, correction of nutrient deficiencies, low energy, and reversing lifestyle diseases, plant based cooking and fitness. Food is medicine and I believe in a diet that is simple, pure, delicious, environmentally friendly and accessible to everyone. Changing our eating habits is often simultaneously one of the most difficult and rewarding changes we can make to enhance our everyday lives, and I hope to motivate others to make this change for themselves. I have been following a plant based diet for almost 6 years and my practice is centered around helping others thrive by adopting a more plant-centric way of eating.
I then graduated from Hunter College with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science with special training in statistics, epidemiology, research methods, nutritional assessments, health promotion and behavior change, concepts and principles of nutrition, public health and policy, with an interest in sports and children’s nutrition. From there I completed a 10 month Dietetic Internship from West Virginia University shadowing Dieticians in School Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Food Service and Community nutrition. I then became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Plant-based Chef and an Online Nutrition and Fitness Coach.
I began my private practice in 2019 and have been working with one on one clients all over the world, helping many people take charge of their health through nutrition and fitness.
