We will focus on optimal healthy protein intake for your weight and sport, maintaining or increasing muscle mass, stabilizing blood sugar and hormones, ensuring properly functioning adrenals, increasing focus and energy levels, as well as any individual goals you may have. This program is also excellent for athletes who are currently recovering from an injury.
-1 hour call before the program commences via Facetime, WhatsApp, Skype, Google Hangouts or Zoom. We will conduct a full health analysis, outline your goals, eating patterns, favorite foods, health concerns and potential injuries, current supplement regime.
-8 weeks of private consulting, with two calls per week, email check-ins, Powerpoints with materials, customized meal plans with recipes, grocery lists.
-You will rethink protein and your relationship with foods that fuel, while learning about the most effective evidence-based methods to reduce inflammation to improve performance and decrease recovery time
-2 follow up calls after program completion, to be used at your discretion within 4 months of program completion
