I am here to help you on all aspects of your weight loss journey. We will tackle emotional eating, and underlying reasons for our food choices. I will work with you to create more nutritious versions of your favourite snacks and ensure you can still enjoy your favourite restaurants and social events without worry.

You will receive a complete health and lifestyle assessment, weekly one-to-one phone call/facetime check in, weekly education powerpoints with workbook, personalized recipes and meal planning, cupboard and supplement overhaul, grocery lists, substitutions, restaurant ordering, and one additional private follow-up to be used at your convenience (within 3 months of program completion).
At the end of the 6 weeks you will have gained an understanding of the principles of plant-based nutrition, and feel empowered to make dietary choices that will help you maintain your ideal weight and a healthy body
