You will receive a complete health and lifestyle assessment, weekly one-to-one phone call/facetime check in, weekly education powerpoints with workbook, personalized recipes and meal planning, cupboard and supplement overhaul, grocery lists, substitutions, restaurant ordering, and one additional private follow-up to be used at your convenience (within 3 months of program completion).
