✔️ Easy & quick – Minimal prep, just mix and bake.
✔️ Super cheesy – Thanks to vegan cream cheese and shredded cheese.
✔️ Perfect for dipping – Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese (like Kite Hill or Tofutti)
  • ½ cup vegan sour cream (Forager or Follow Your Heart)
  • 1 cup vegan shredded mozzarella (Violife, Daiya, or your favorite brand)
  • ¼ cup vegan parmesan (Miyoko’s or Violife)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, for extra cheesiness)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Bread, crackers, or veggies for serving

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

2️⃣ Cook the Garlic & Spinach

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil, then sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the thawed, drained spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes, just to remove excess moisture.

3️⃣ Mix Everything Together

In a large bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Fold in the spinach and chopped artichokes until well combined.

4️⃣ Bake to Perfection

Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. If you want a golden brown top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

Let the dip cool slightly, then serve warm with toasted bread, pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Tips & Variations:

💡 Want it extra cheesy? Add an extra sprinkle of vegan mozzarella on top before baking.
💡 Make it spicy! Add more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
💡 No oven? Heat everything in a skillet over medium-low heat until warmed through.

This vegan spinach artichoke dip is always a hit at gatherings—no one will believe it’s dairy-free! Make it for your next event, or just enjoy it as a delicious snack at home.
