My Story

I found my love for wellness through my own health journey that started about 6 years ago. I was overweight, had chronic acne, medicated for anxiety, and was experiencing uncomfortable bloating with other horrible digestive issues like fatigue, low self-esteem, depression, and many other symptoms. After switching to a plant based diet, in one year I was able to lose almost 50lbs, clear up my skin, stop medicating for anxiety, heal my gut and found true self love again.
